Engagement Options

Formats designed around real professional schedules

Coaching that fits how you actually work — not the other way around.

The right format depends on where you are in your development, how much time you can commit, and the scope of what you're working on. Some professionals benefit most from a focused, time-bounded program. Others prefer an ongoing relationship that evolves with their situation. We offer both, along with a single-session option for those who want to explore a specific challenge before committing to something longer.

Sessions are conducted via video call, which makes scheduling easier for professionals with demanding work calendars. In-person sessions in Białystok can be arranged on request for those who prefer face-to-face work.

This depends on where you are in your transition and how much support you're looking for. The Clarity Session is useful if you have a specific immediate challenge or want to get a sense of whether this approach fits. The Transition Program is well-suited to professionals actively preparing for a step up. The Development Partnership works best for those who want sustained support across a longer arc of growth.

Complete confidentiality applies to all sessions. Nothing discussed in coaching is shared with your employer or any third party. The coaching relationship depends on that trust entirely.

Primarily individuals, though organizations sometimes engage us to support multiple employees going through leadership transitions. In those cases, individual confidentiality is still maintained — we do not report back to the sponsoring organization on individual session content.

After an initial inquiry, we typically schedule an exploratory call within a week to understand your situation and discuss whether there's a good fit. If both parties want to proceed, the first formal session can usually be arranged within two to three weeks.
