These Terms of Service govern website use and general terms applicable to the pre-contractual relationship. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and the terms of a specific coaching engagement agreement, the engagement agreement will take precedence with respect to the subject matter of that agreement.

Inquiries submitted through our contact form do not constitute offers capable of acceptance and do not create any contractual obligation on either party. A binding agreement is only formed upon execution of a written engagement agreement signed by both parties.
